CHALLENGE

A system with high efficiency and optimal value over an estimated 15-year period. The system also needed to operate effectively within the available space.


SOLUTION

Westmatic installed four Brush Drive-through Transit Master Systems, designed for high wash volumes and efficiency in limited spaces. RFID tracking makes it easy to monitor wash frequency and cycles for different vehicles. Training provided for users.


RESULT

Various types of vehicles can be washed in a single facility. Reduced costs for electricity, water, and chemicals. The system recycles 85% of the wash water.

At a facility that has had a Westmatic machine for at least ten years, consistently reporting good water quality to the municipality, we suddenly discovered extremely high zinc levels in a water sample taken at the turn of the year. Together with the customer, thanks to ingenuity and experience, we were able to trace the source of the deviation.

Vid en anläggning som i åtminstone tio år haft Westmaticmaskin och alltid bra vattenvärden att rapportera till kommunen, upptäckte vi helt plötsligt skyhöga zink-värden för sitt vattenprov som vi planenligt tog runt årsskiftet. Tillsammans med kunden kunde vi tack vare klurighet och erfarenhet, härleda varifrån avvikelsen uppkommit.
