An automatic system for daily washing of Calgary's 700 buses — equipped with bike racks and exposed to extreme weather conditions. Additionally, it had to fit within a limited space and be cost-effective, with a focus on delivering a clean bus for the customer experience.

At a facility that has had a Westmatic machine for at least ten years, consistently reporting good water quality to the municipality, we suddenly discovered extremely high zinc levels in a water sample taken at the turn of the year. Together with the customer, thanks to ingenuity and experience, we were able to trace the source of the deviation.

Vid en anläggning som i åtminstone tio år haft Westmaticmaskin och alltid bra vattenvärden att rapportera till kommunen, upptäckte vi helt plötsligt skyhöga zink-värden för sitt vattenprov som vi planenligt tog runt årsskiftet. Tillsammans med kunden kunde vi tack vare klurighet och erfarenhet, härleda varifrån avvikelsen uppkommit.
