Delivery of your new Westmatic wash system 🚛 Safety that extends beyond delivery Thanks to our own technology department, we always have full control over the product design. Wash bay environments place high demands on robust constructions and the right choice of materials. All new developments are tested on a full scale in our own wash bay, next to our head office in Arvika, to ensure that it will work well even in real life. We always choose high-quality and responsible suppliers who we know guarantee good materials and components to ensure the supply of wear and spare parts over the life of the wash system. The manufacturing of the washing equipment is done by experienced assemblers in our factory in Arvika and Buffalo before it is prepared and packed for transport to the wash bay. After transport, installation and commissioning, we monitor the facilities remotely. Developed to leak test various different vehicles. This specific one on the pictures is customized for a test facility of military vehicles. The construction allows the height of each high pressure section to be adjusted and from which direction based on vehicle shape. It can also be used in a vertical position as you can see in some of the pictures.

An example of our successful environmental work is the capability to reuse up to 85 percent of the washing water by integrating Westmatic’s water treatment system into the washing process. Using ozone in our water recycling process eliminates the need for any chemicals, helping to save our environment.
