Flexible and compact

Since trucks come in a variety of different variants a flexible wash system is required to optimize the washing result and ensure that the vehicles or the wash equipment are not damaged. The portal wash system that is best suited for flexibility.

The vehicle is driven slowly into the bay and stop when red light. The driver park the vehicle and goes to the control panel to select the desired wash functions such as applying detergent, brush wash and high-pressure wash.

The portal washing systems can be complemented with manual hand rinsing to access the most difficult-to-reach spaces where machine washing cannot reach 100%.

System

Westmatic portal wash system for trucks is based on the very reliable and proven Viking Classic. The machine can be equipped with a large number of options to further streamline the washing process.

The wash system in general is also adapted as needed with, for example, chassis wash, rotating high-pressure nozzles, manual detail wash and administration systems.
