As the development of washing systems is constantly moving forward and new functions are continuously developed, we continuously work on optimizations and upgrades in consultation with our customers.
It can be about everything from the installation of additional equipment, to new washing functions or logistics.
Always with economy and great results in focus.
We also carry out lifetime assessments in order to keep track of and plan upgrades to existing equipment as well as recommended system changes when current equipment is approaching its best before date.
This too, of course, in consultation with our customers and with a focus on the best results from all perspectives.

We also perform lifetime assessments in order to keep track of and plan upgrades to existing equipment as well as recommended system replacements when current equipment is nearing its best before date. This too, of course, in consultation with our customers and overall economy in focus.
In consultation with our customers, we carry out so-called longevity assessments. This means that we go through the entire washing system where we assess any investment and upgrade needs part by part.
The advantages of this are to continuously plan and implement preventive measures in order to avoid unforeseen expenses and at the same time ensure optimally functioning washing systems.
The environment in wash bays is aggressive and affects all materials negatively over time. Moisture from the washing process, salt and dirt from the roads are some examples of things that continuously attack the surfaces of the wash bay as well as the equipment in the bay.
There will eventually come a time when the cost of service and maintenance exceeds the cost of investing in new equipment. In most cases, you then need to change the machine in order to maintain a good economy in your wash business. Most of the time, much of the existing equipment, with some renovation, can be kept as it is, even if the washing machine itself is replaced.
Westmatic performs machine changes quickly and efficiently without the need to close the wash bay more than necessary.
Westmatic wash systems are developed and engineered to exceed some of the world's most stringent regulations for the use of water and power resources. Made in Sweden for markets with extreme climates - from hot to cold. Westmatic's system uses less water, chemicals and electricity compared to competing systems. Our nozzles are configured to use up to 50% less water while our highly efficient motors require less electricity.
