After transport, installation and commissioning, we monitor the facilities remotely.

By connecting us to the PLC and the respective machine, we can quickly and efficiently diagnose any disturbances, adjust settings and optimize the operation of the washing systems.

Full control all the time

With our administration system, you control, monitor and follow up the functions and finances of the wash bay. Wash easily and efficiently manages customer registers, prices for services, consumables and more.

In addition, there is an export function (API) for transferring data from Wash to several well-known administration programs (Visma, Fortnox, Volvofinans, Automaster (Scania) and others) where in the next step you invoice your customers for bay time used, machine use, manual detail wash and chemical use, and more.


The user-friendly interface is web-based and easy to access via your computer or mobile phone.

Because Wash is a cloud service, the follow-up is always updated with the latest information, which makes it quick and easy to get both a snapshot and statistics of the state of each individual facility.


With WASH, you easily adjust prices. In short – you get full control. With a license agreement, full access is opened to the system and the upgrades that are carried out.

Continuous water samples for environmental safety

Westmatic carries out water sampling at the facilities with the Westmatic system but also at other facilities as agreed.



We send the water samples to the lab for analysis, after which the results are reported to the customer for further reporting.

Service agreement for your safety and reliability

Currently, we have drawn up service agreements for most of our washing systems that are in operation. Depending on how many washes are done in each facility, the number of service visits per year has been adjusted to one, two or four.



As a contract customer, you have priority and reduced prices for remedial service.

Clean & Green

Westmatic wash systems are developed and engineered to exceed some of the world's most stringent regulations for the use of water and power resources. Made in Sweden for markets with extreme climates - from hot to cold. Westmatic's system uses less water, chemicals and electricity compared to competing systems. Our nozzles are configured to use up to 50% less water while our highly efficient motors require less electricity.
