Just like buses, trucks and other heavy vehicles, washing systems also need ongoing service and maintenance to function optimally.

Service, maintenance and support secure operations

We offer a preventive service where the number of visits and scope is completely adapted to your situation, taking into account, among other things, the number of washes per year and the design of the system.


With a large number of itinerant service technicians on the roads, we can also quickly be on site for remedial maintenance should the washing system stop working for any reason, such as a collision. All service technicians are provided with personal service buses equipped with their own spare parts warehouse. In cases where the spare parts in the service buses are not enough, we have a well-stocked central warehouse in Arvika with almost 14,000 articles to collect parts from.


Any downtime is always prioritized first with the ambition to minimize inconvenience for our customers.

Service agreement as needed

Currently, we have drawn up service agreements for most of our washing systems that are in operation. Depending on how many washes are done in each facility, the number of visits per year is normally adjusted to one, two or four. As a contract customer, you have priority and reduced prices for remedial service.


We also offer total service agreements where we take a comprehensive approach to the wash bay. Among other things, we then take care of cleaning the hall, refilling chemicals, checking ground tanks, etc.

Extended warranty

Washing systems from Westmatic are delivered as standard with a one-year warranty in accordance with delivery conditions NLM 19. By supplementing the delivery with a service agreement and detergent from Westmatic, warranty agreements of up to a total of 4 years can be agreed.


With Westmatic service agreement:

  • it is ensured that service is carried out with trained personnel and according to schedule


With Westmatic detergent:

  • optimal washing results are ensured while the environment and the washing equipment are not damaged.

In addition, as always with large moving machinery, safety is top important.


We offer a number of different training courses for both the training of new staff and the further training of experienced staff.


Some examples of training packages:

  • The washing facility - How the equipment works
  • Washing training - How vehicles are washed efficiently and economically
  • Detergent (chemicals) – Use, dosage and cost-effectiveness
  • Tank systems – Water flows, oil separators, filters, pH and water recovery
  • Wash – Wash administration, operation, control, follow-up and finance.

Westmatic wash systems are developed and engineered to exceed some of the world's most stringent regulations for the use of water and power resources. Made in Sweden for markets with extreme climates - from hot to cold. Westmatic's system uses less water, chemicals and electricity compared to competing systems.
